Module 1 is a pre-requisite.
Develop Confidence Certainty Skill in assessing, adjusting and understanding babies and children.
You must be a registered Chiropractor or Chiropractic Student to attend.
The seminar offers a neurological approach to healthy development in babies & children. It provides clinically relevant assessment, adjusting & clinical decision making. The focus is on a Chiropractic wellness paradigm with a collaborative approach to promote healthy outcomes across the infant to adolescent years.
Safe Adjusting
This is a hands-on program with a focus on neuro-developmentally appropriate adjusting of the spine and cranial dural system for health. We address some of the leading challenges with infant health and development, and teach exciting homecare plans to facilitate optimum development.
Module 1: developing brains, pregnancy, birth, baby assessment, primitive reflexes (and failure to integrate), cranial dural system, baby adjusting, cranial assessment and adjusting, plagiocephaly, breastfeeding and more.
Module 2: neuroanatomy, development, tone, older child assessment, further cranial adjusting, understanding musculoskeletal considerations of neurobehavioural disorders, communication, homecare and more.
Module 2 must be preceded by Module 1
Venue: Karstens Conference Centre 123 Queens St Melbourne
Times: Sat 9-6pm, Sun 9-3pm
CPD: This program has previously been assessed by the Chiropractors Association Australia as 15 hours of formal CPD per module.
Current requirements for 2020 are that Chiropractors maintain their own log and learning outcomes. A certificate of attendance will be provided upon completion.

If less than 30 days: $200 administration fee applies for both Modules, $100 for one module.
